Shot peening

We perform shot peening of external surfaces and thread connections of parts. Shot peening is a controlled process in which the surface of the parts is compacted and ground with bead / granular beads. The equipment is adjusted using an almen test and processing is performed with the percentage of surface coverage requested by the customer. The shot deforms the surface and forms small depressions on the metal. A plastic layer of high compressive stress forms on the metal surface, which increases the resistance to external influences that cause wear, cracking, corrosion and increases the material's endurance limit. Processing is possible both in areas and in certain areas with masking where processing should not be.
