Internal cladding

Internal cladding is represented by two installations for cladding with a non-consumable electrode in a protective argon atmosphere. The units are designed to restore the technical characteristics of parts internally exposed to excessive mechanical wear, erosion or corrosion. The machines are capable of surfacing parts with an inner diameter of 45 mm and a depth of up to 1500 mm (the surfacing depth is limited by the possibility of subsequent machining). With the help of surfacing, a material is applied that is identical to the base material in composition and characteristics. The units are semi-automatic, due to which the high quality of the products is achieved.
